PAYMENT & DELIVERY METHODS
What are your payment methods?
Payments are made in CAD via PayPal, MasterCard, Visa or AMEX. We do not accept cash, cheques or local bank transfers for pick up orders.
What are your delivery methods?
We ship everywhere internationally, but shipping costs will differ depending on where you are and your purchase total. See our Shipping page for flat rates and details.
If you live in the metro Vancouver area, you may prefer our pick up option.
What is the pick up option?
We understand that shipping can be costly, so we offer this option to allow those in Vancouver to avoid shipping expenses! So kind of us, we know. If you want to find out more about how it works, take a peek at our Pick Up Info page.
PRODUCT CARE
How do I wash my shirt to keep it in its best shape?
To avoid stripping and fading in your shirt or sweater, flip it inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle and hang to dry. Do not iron. If you really can't get it all together, this list will definitely help you out:
- Machine wash cold with like colours on gentle cycle
- Only non-chlorine bleach when needed
- Air dry - Avoid the dryer, but tumble dry low if needed
- Do not iron
- Avoid any solvents except trichloroethylene when dry cleaning
Please keep in mind, each collection is made with a different material and may vary in washing instructions. Refer to the CARE section for each product if you are unsure how to best wash it.
Why is the white print on my Debut Collection shirt not smooth or fully opaque?
Our shirts are individually screen printed (not heat pressed), so not every shirt is identical. For this reason, there may be slight unevenness in texture and colour.
REFUND & EXCHANGE
Can I make any order cancellations?
Sorry, no can do. Please just be you’re 100% sure about the shirts before you make your order. No regrets.
Can I make a return or exchange?
Sorry, we don't accept returns at this point.
We individually package and check each and every one of our shirts and sweaters, but if you find any major defect on your purchase (ie. ink stains or marks), please contact us at inquiries@aeio-u.com and we will process an exchange with you.
